There is no prayer specifically for toothache, but there are some prayers that people suffering from pain or illness can read. These prayers can be recited to provide spiritual peace and relaxation.
If you have any pain or illness and you will ask Allah for healing, you can make the following prayer.
The Prophet (PBUH) recited the following prayer for the healing of the sick:
اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءٌ لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمَاً
Allahumma Rabban-nasi, adhhibil-ba’sa, ishfi Anta Ash-Shafi, la shifa’a illa shifa’uka, shifa’an la yughadiru saqama.
Meal : O Allah, O Lord of mankind! Remove the sickness and heal. Surely You are the Giver of healing. There is no healing except that which You will give. Heal in such a way that the disease leaves no trace.
Healing is from Allah. However, a toothache may be due to a serious illness and we recommend that you consult your doctor. If you have a toothache, your tooth may be decayed or infected and you may need a dental implant.
We seek refuge in Allah by first surrendering to Allah and then relying on science.
